We are proud to use locally produced meat and fresh fish, to support our local farmers and fishermen and also help to reduce our energy footprint.

To Start
Soup of the day – warm bread roll
Salmon three ways - salmon fish cake, salmon tartar, and cured salmon with lemon puree and chicory marmalade                                   
Pan fried pigeon breast - mushroom duxelle and red wine reductions
Beetroot goat cheese fritters - roasted, pickled, puréed beetroot
Pressed chicken and ham hock terrine - red onion jam and brioche bread
Main Course
Pan-fried chicken breast – sorrel potato dauphinoise and wild mushroom sauce
Pressed belly pork - swede puree,  pomme Anna potatoes and cider sauce
Pan fried seabass fillet - saffron tagliatelle, almond beans
Caramelised shallot tartan - buttered spinach roasted cherry tomatoes
24hr cooked lamb shoulder - red cabbage, fondant potato red currant sauce
Chargrilled North Yorkshire finest 28 days matured sirloin steak (£3.50 supplement) - triple cooked chips, onion rings, tomato
Chocolate pudding - pear, red wine and cherry sauce
Figs and passionfruit tart - caramel ice cream
Orange and rum pannacotta - coffee and amaretto jelly
Earl grey sorbet - chopped mint
Yorkshire cheese platter (£2.00 supplement) - chutney, biscuits, grapes
